The Swarf Breaker tap was designed to produce small chips in material groups that would traditionally create long chips. This is done with a special geometry and 20 bar through coolant pressure. They are application machine taps available in TiCN and VS coated. These taps cover a more specific range of material groups and are available in limited sizes as standard including M and MF. Please contact us for a full range of sizes and material groups.
